Very pleased with product and minor follow-up was done very quickly and well done, would use Trico again and highly recommend to friends. Overall experience with Trico was great and the construction teams did good job except the stairs in the backyard but Trico is aware of it and hopely it can be fixed soon. The quality and finish of this townhouse is poor. Rushed and lazily completed, from the design of the townhouse until the last nail . Was our main point of contact during this process. It was our pleasure to be working with her with most of the process. She was patient, smart and understanding with us and we're happy to recommend her and the team whenever possible.
Trico Homes Customer Testimonial – Claudia
Management team views and treats sales staff like disposable tools instead of valued assets. Bare minimum vacation time is given with the expectation to not take your days off because it’s apparently the sales persons responsibility to have coverage in the Showhome.. Coverage isn’t hard to find when you treat and pay your employees right. If sales makes a mistake they literally have to pay out of pocket for the mistake.. If anyone else in the company makes a mistake there’s no recourse. The turn-over is insanely high and the culture is divisive at best.

I can honestly say this company is living in the past based on the way they treat employees - especially sales staff. In the many years since Trico built our first home, our city has grown and so has our love for it. We are also proud to be Western Canada’s first and only homebuilder to become a certified B Corporation. We bought a front garage home from Trico and and very satisfied with the finished result.
Trico Homes Reviews
We were amazed with Trico's base floor plans as it looked like it already is upgraded (Ceiling height, Windows, etc. ) and so we went ahead with them. I believe, at that time, it was the best value for the money. BBB Business Profiles are provided solely to assist you in exercising your own best judgment. Got an excellent quality home with genuine respectful service. Trico accommodated things that most builders would not and I was dealing with people that really looked after items in the process like it was their home.
We had one emergency situation after the possession date, and Trico responded quickly to us and fixed the problems. Just one dissappointment on the possession date. We are still waiting for the frames for the microwave.
We bring passion, collaboration, innovative thinking and our commitment to continually improve and deliver on our promises to our homeowners. Trico understands it’s more than a house, it’s the place you call home. It was a great experience, we loved all the appliances. We had little hard time with getting shower glass for our bathrooms, however I do understand with delay! Ryan the sales manager was amazing and guided us during all this plan.
They made out first time home buying process really easy. We had a great experience building with Trico Homes. Our sales reps Erica and Dave were amazing to work with.
