We had one emergency situation after the possession date, and Trico responded quickly to us and fixed the problems. Just one dissappointment on the possession date. We are still waiting for the frames for the microwave.

The customer service hasbeen exceptional and the upgrade prices were reasonable and definitely would recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice spacious family home. We moved in January 2019 and we are very satisfied with the quality of the materials, especially the insulation of our townhouse. The gas bill for heating for the coldest winter in the last 40 years was 68$. Also, we had a problem with the fridge and Justine from the warranty department took care of everything, I’ve just left the key at the show-home. Also, I have to mention how friendly is Cindy at the sales who helped us pick the best home for our needs. 100% of employees would recommend working at Trico Homes.

I can honestly say this company is living in the past based on the way they treat employees - especially sales staff. In the many years since Trico built our first home, our city has grown and so has our love for it. Along the way, we’ve become one of Calgary’s top builders - building over 11,500 single and multi-family homes and earning a reputation for our design, craftsmanship and customer care. Trico has received numerous accolades, including a Platinum member status as one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies, Canada’s Best Workplaces, Canada's Top Small & Medium Employers, and a CHBA Excellence in Housing award. We are also proud to be Western Canada’s first and only homebuilder to become a certified B Corporation. We bought a front garage home from Trico and and very satisfied with the finished result.
The quality and finish of this townhouse is poor. Rushed and lazily completed, from the design of the townhouse until the last nail . Was our main point of contact during this process. It was our pleasure to be working with her with most of the process. She was patient, smart and understanding with us and we're happy to recommend her and the team whenever possible.

Good co workers, good pay, nice atmosphere, the owners are friendly. The toilet in the bathroom was installed between the bathtub and vanity, so off centered that you can not sit on it without leaning toward the tub because the toilet paper holder sticks into your arm or ribs. They refuse to remedy this because the joists will not allow the toilet to be moved. Someone who should not be employed as an architect is who.
