Processes are a bit unorganized compared to that of other builders. Service was excellent and sales guy Akhi was awesome and willing to work outside of regular hours to accommodate us!
This was also when market was hot and they could sell to anyone and everyone. To get that type of service at that point in time shows genuineness and character. Wonderful experience with Trico Homes @ Crestmont. Loved the build quality of the townhomes , the entire buying process and how they have been looking after my requirements after possession .

The quality and finish of this townhouse is poor. Rushed and lazily completed, from the design of the townhouse until the last nail . Was our main point of contact during this process. It was our pleasure to be working with her with most of the process. She was patient, smart and understanding with us and we're happy to recommend her and the team whenever possible.

Very pleased with product and minor follow-up was done very quickly and well done, would use Trico again and highly recommend to friends. Overall experience with Trico was great and the construction teams did good job except the stairs in the backyard but Trico is aware of it and hopely it can be fixed soon. Trico understands it’s more than a house, it’s the place you call home. It was a great experience, we loved all the appliances. We had little hard time with getting shower glass for our bathrooms, however I do understand with delay! Ryan the sales manager was amazing and guided us during all this plan.

We were amazed with Trico's base floor plans as it looked like it already is upgraded (Ceiling height, Windows, etc. ) and so we went ahead with them. Will recommend Trico to anybody looking to buy their next home in Calgary. They guided me through their building process and were able to resolve all my concerns on time. Trico Homes staff was really knowledgeable and responsive.
Specifically it was a pleasure working with Crystal and the extended Trico sales and build team. The build was beyond expectations, from the progress updates, the quality of the build, and the earlier possession date. We would highly recommend Crystal and Trico homes for anyone who is considering a new home purchase. Me and my wife liked the oxford model and decided to buy the house in last September. Trico’s is very good at understanding the customer needs and this model is a good example.We are satisfied with the final product.
Opportunities exist for leaders to have more automony. Employee engagement could be higher given the right inspiration and more opportunities for recognition. Good co workers, good pay, nice atmosphere, the owners are friendly. The toilet in the bathroom was installed between the bathtub and vanity, so off centered that you can not sit on it without leaning toward the tub because the toilet paper holder sticks into your arm or ribs. They refuse to remedy this because the joists will not allow the toilet to be moved. Someone who should not be employed as an architect is who.
The street lights are of course, right outside the bedroom window. Lighted stanchions at waist height would have been appropriate if anything were required at all.
